One time training session lasting up to 4 hrs

What is covered

• Unpacking and installation of the system
• The configuration and use of the current version of any software manufactured by Eye Response Technologies.
• Installation of table, floor and wheelchair mounts

What is not covered

• The configuration or use of any software not manufactured by Eye Response Technologies, including but not limited to any other software preinstalled on the system
• Making any physical modifications to anything not provided by Eye Response Technologies including but not limited to wheelchairs, beds or tables.

What if I prefer to get training directly through Eye Response Technologies?

Eye Response Technologies does provide training directly; however, we charge an upfront fee to cover our travel expenses.

What if I need additional training?

Availability and cost of additional training is at the discretion of Eye Response Technologies or the distributor covering your area
