Warranty

Length

One year from the date the product is shipped from the Eye Response Technologies facilities in Charlottesville Virginia.

What is covered

  • All hardware repairs or  replacements to the ERICA system camera and/or provided computer
  • All hardware repairs or replacements to any accessories purchased from Eye Response Technologies
  • Shipping costs of repaired or replaced equipment from Eye Response Technologies to the customer.

What is not covered

  • Theft or loss of the device.
  • Damage caused by disassembly, alterations, repairs or services conducted by unauthorized persons or companies

Replacement and substitute policy

Replacement with new or refurbished equipment is at the sole discretion of Eye Response Technologies. Eye Response Technologies reserves the right to substitute products of similar size, weight and function when necessary.

What is covered

  • Unpacking and installation of the system and any accessories
  • The configuration and use of the current version of any software manufactured by Eye Response Technologies.
  • Installation of table, floor and wheelchair mounts

What is not covered

  • The configuration or use of any software not manufactured by Eye Response Technologies, including but not limited to any other software preinstalled on the system
  • The integration or installation of hardware or software not manufactured by Eye Response Technologies
  • Making any physical modifications to anything not provided by Eye Response Technologies including but not limited to wheelchairs, beds or tables.

Software upgrades

Eye Response Technologies provides free software upgrades for the lifetime of the product; however, we cannot guarantee that your hardware will be supported on future operating system releases. Please contact Eye Response Technologies before upgrading the operating system on your computer.
